These are some examples of work we have done for our clients. There are three examples below, each with an intro and pdf for further details.

ParentMail

ParentMail is a website used by schools to facilitate communication between the school and parents. ParentMail has a registered 3.5 million user base. A new version, ParentMail 2, was commissioned in 2011 to consolidate features that had been added over the year and make it easier to cater for individuals with differing. Answer Consulting were commissioned by PeopleWiz (owners of ParentMail) to develop the new website, and Autism Works were commissioned by Answer Consulting to carry out independent software testing.

St John Ambulance: Android App Port

Animmersion UK Ltd (www.animmersion.co.uk) specialise in web based visualisation services, covering 3D computer graphics, virtual reality, web development, software development, graphic design, and games development.

Animmersion were commissioned by St John Ambulance to port its existing iPhone/iPad App to Android. The transfer of the application added the complexity of moving from a single operating system with single screen dimensions and resolution, to the Android operating system with multiple versions, multiple handsets and multiple screen dimensions and resolutions. Mi Case: Grievance Module

Casmaco Ltd (Mi-Case) was commissioned by a large US-based law enforcement agency to extend the functionality of its Mi-Case system to manage all aspects of inmate administration. The system encompasses many components from allocating cells to parole and release. Autism Works were contracted to provide independent software testing for the Grievance module, which is to be used by the Inmate Grievance Office to process the grievances raised by inmates throughout the state.

The general concept of the Grievance system is a database where each of the records would be grievance cases, rather than the inmates who made the grievances. The grievances would then be sent through a series of "Transactions" depending on the outcome of the grievance, until the case was closed one way or another. Statistical information of all current and past grievances would then be compiled in reports...
